• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into contracts under the laws of your country or territory of residence.
• Jurisdictional Compliance: You must ensure that your use of the Platform does not contravene any law or regulation applicable in your jurisdiction, including but not limited to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 (Pakistan) and any subsequent legislation or regulatory guidance.
• Single Account: Each eligible individual may hold only one registered account on the Platform. Creating duplicate, multiple or fictitious accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Not Previously Excluded: You must not have been subject to a self-exclusion order or been previously permanently banned from the Platform.

Where account registration is available on the Platform, you agree to provide accurate, truthful and complete information during the registration process and to keep such information updated at all times.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify k9pkr immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security.

k9pkr shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the security obligations set out in these Terms. You acknowledge that all activities conducted through your account are your sole responsibility, whether or not you authorised such activities.

• Account credentials must not be shared with, sold or transferred to any third party.
• Accounts may not be used to engage in commercial activities without prior written consent from k9pkr.
• k9pkr reserves the right to suspend or close any account it reasonably suspects to be in breach of these Terms, following notification where practicable.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, k9pkr grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for its intended purpose as an informational and educational resource.

• Impersonating any person or entity, or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or entity;
• Using the Platform to collect or harvest personal data of other users without their explicit consent;
• Publishing, transmitting or distributing any Content that is defamatory, obscene, threatening, abusive, discriminatory or otherwise unlawful.

k9pkr reserves the right to take all appropriate legal and technical measures to prevent and respond to prohibited conduct, including reporting matters to relevant authorities where required by law.

Where k9pkr publishes information about bonuses, promotional offers or incentive programmes offered by third-party Operators, such information is provided for general educational and informational purposes only.

k9pkr itself does not award bonuses, credits or prizes of any kind. All bonus information relates to Operators whose services are discussed on this Platform. The following general principles apply to bonuses discussed on k9pkr:

Upon termination, the provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue in full force and effect.

k9pkr reserves the right to modify, update or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Where we consider the changes to be significant, we may also provide notice via the Platform or by email to registered users.

Pakistani Users: k9pkr does not claim to be licensed, regulated or authorised by any Pakistani governmental authority, including the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan or any provincial body. Pakistani users access this Platform entirely at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable Pakistani laws and regulations.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be referred to the courts of the jurisdiction in which k9pkr is incorporated, subject to any mandatory local law provisions that cannot be contractually displaced.
